Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of your purchase item arriving damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days of receipt of the product by contacting us at info@adoreher.co.nz, then we will happily replace it. All return items must be in unused/unworn condition in the original packaging with a receipt. Item must be returned at the cost of the buyer. We recommend buyers should return the item(s) on track&traceable Courier as we hold no responsibility for loss or damage in transit of items being returned to us.
